The main way that you can donate to the University of Nebraska Student Chapter of Engineers Without Borders-USA is by donating through the University of Nebraska Foundation. These donations are tax deductible and can be made by clicking here.
The people of Kianjavato, Madagascar and Sindowe and Simulunda, Zambia also help fund the projects by providing in-kind labor, materials and hard earned cash. Each community has agreed to fund approximately 5 to 10 percent of the project costs. EWB-USA requires community funding, as from their experience, they have found that projects last longer and are better taken care of when people have a financial stake in them.
